Any information you give to cheaphosting.net.nz will be held with the utmost care, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.

The emails you supply is with will never be given to a third party and you will not receive unsolicited emails as a result of selling the email lists. Never.

The information you submit through any of our Order Forms is for cheaphosting.net.nz client database and noone beside from cheaphosting.net.nz admin staff will have access to it.

cheaphosting.net.nz will however, will respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims. cheaphosting.net.nz may disclose any and all account holder information including assigned IP numbers, account history, account use, etc. to any law enforcement agent who makes a written request without further consent or notification to the account holder.
