Cancellation and Refund Procedure

Very simple. We don't wish to waste your time or ours by dragging you along if you're unhappy, therefore, the refund procedure is very simple. Drop us an email saying that you want to get your money back and maximum 48h later we'll issue the full refund on the purchase price.

We want all our clients to be happy and confident about the decision to be hosted by us.
It may sound like a cliche but it's so true, If our client is not happy then we are not happy either! We take a role of the webhost as a role of your online business partner. We help you grow and establish your presence online and in return you help us grow. Therefore, we have no interest in keeping your money if this will cause both parties unwanted headaches.

On top of giving you the full refund we'll also cover all the additional order processing costs and expenses such as credit card processing fees and set up fees (where applicable). Domain Registrations

Domain registration fees are globally non refundable and therefore we can not give any refunds once we've registered your domain name.

Additional Services

If you have gone over the limits of your hosting plan and have requested extra disc space, extra bandwidth, separate IP address or any other additional service/feature we will not be able to refund you those purchases. You'll get a full refund of the hosting plan you purchased but additional add on features used by your account in this period will not be refunded.
